Marketing Services – Sr. Consultant

Summary

Client-facing senior marketing consultant responsible for supporting marketing strategy, campaign execution, analytics, and optimization across client engagements. The role is central to translating client objectives into measurable campaign plans, coordinating stakeholders, and delivering actionable insights using marketing analytics and campaign management practices. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to improve campaign performance and demonstrate marketing impact.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end marketing campaigns and initiatives, from planning through execution and optimization.
• Analyze campaign performance and synthesize findings into clear recommendations to improve results.
• Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of campaign activities.
• Develop presentations, reports, and marketing insights that communicate performance and next steps to clients.
• Support campaign planning by defining goals, target audiences, channels, and measurement approaches.
• Execute campaign tasks including asset coordination, deployment oversight, and QA of deliverables.
• Monitor campaign KPIs and identify opportunities for A/B testing and iterative optimization.
• Collaborate with data and operations teams to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of campaign metrics.

Requirements

• Experience in marketing strategy and marketing operations with responsibility for planning and execution.
• Proven campaign management experience, owning campaign workflows and deliverables end to end.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics to interpret results and generate actionable recommendations.
• Strong skills in Excel for data analysis and in PowerPoint for client-facing presentations.
• Excellent client-facing communication skills, able to present findings and recommendations clearly.
• Advanced English communication ability for client interactions and written materials.
