Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst who will play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. This position requires a strong analytical mindset and proficiency in BI tools to develop new reports and dashboards that support various business functions.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to provide insights into business performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand data needs.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in reporting processes.
• Assist in the design and implementation of semantic models for data analysis.
• Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and reports.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and analytics.

Basic Qualifications

• Proficiency in Power BI development skills.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with Azure Cloud services.
• Understanding of Oracle Database and/or Oracle Enterprise Systems (Cloud).
• Familiarity with data lake concepts and semantic modeling is a plus.
• Domain experience in Sales, Finance, Marketing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Service, Quality, or Distribution is desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey insights to stakeholders.
