Summary

We are seeking a UX Designer who thrives in data-rich, AI-powered environments. You’ll collaborate closely with AI engineers, data scientists, and DevOps teams to design seamless, intuitive experiences for machine learning and automation tools—bridging complex backend systems with clean, human-centered interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Partner with AI and engineering teams to translate technical workflows (data pipelines, ML models, CI/CD systems) into intuitive user experiences.
• Design dashboards, model management tools, and visualizations for cloud and AI operations.
• Conduct user research with internal developers, data analysts, and enterprise users to identify usability pain points.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and design specs for web-based applications using tools like Figma, Miro, and Storybook.
• Collaborate with frontend teams working in React + TypeScript to ensure design consistency and component reuse.
• Design interaction flows that help users visualize data from Databricks, Snowflake, or Postgres systems.
• Work iteratively within Agile sprints and contribute to CI/CD-aligned design processes.
• Advocate for accessibility, scalability, and UX best practices across AI/ML interfaces.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of professional UX/UI design experience, preferably within AI/ML or data-heavy product environments.
• Proven experience with User Experience Design, User Interface Design, wireframing, prototyping, and user research.
• Experience working with Figma and Miro for design and collaboration.
• Experience creating and maintaining component libraries or design systems in Storybook.
• Practical experience collaborating with frontend teams using React and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and applying them in web interfaces.
• Comfortable working in Agile methodologies and contributing to sprint-driven workflows.
• Clear communication skills and experience collaborating with AI engineers, data scientists, and DevOps or infrastructure teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing interfaces for data pipelines, model management, or cloud-based AI operations.
• Experience with data visualization techniques for large or complex datasets.
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and how they impact UX.
