About the Role

We are seeking a Jr. AI Engineer to develop, deploy, and maintain production-grade AI and machine learning solutions. This role is central to building scalable models and services that power intelligent features across cloud environments, with a strong focus on Python.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement machine learning models and pipelines using Python and TensorFlow.
• Design and implement generative AI solutions using Langchain and related tooling.
• Collaborate in deploying applications and models to the cloud.
• Implement model evaluation, monitoring, and retraining processes using Scikit-learn and custom metrics.
• Participate in CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Use modern AI-assisted development tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Cursor, Vercel v0) to improve productivity.

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional experience in software engineering, data engineering, or AI/ML-related roles.
• Experience with Python for model development and training.
• Basic experience with machine learning libraries such as Scikit-learn or TensorFlow.
• Familiarity with LangChain or LLM-based applications.
• Prior experience using AI coding assistants.
• Experience with SQL and PostgreSQL; working knowledge of MongoDB.
• Familiarity with at least one cloud platform: AWS (preferred), Azure, or GCP
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn from senior team members

Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of CI/CD concepts, version control, and Agile development
• Exposure to Docker and containerized applications
• Exposure to Azure ML or other managed ML platforms
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform
• Experience working with PySpark, Databricks, or Snowflake
• Basic frontend experience with React + Typescript
