Sr. Strategy & Transformation Consultant / Associate Manager

Summary

We are seeking a Senior Strategy & Transformation Consultant / Associate Manager to lead client-facing strategic initiatives and deliver high-impact recommendations. This role will drive workstreams from analysis through to executive-ready recommendations, lead stakeholder workshops, and mentor junior consultants. The position offers the chance to shape transformation programs and influence commercial and operational decisions for clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead project workstreams from initial analysis through synthesis and delivery of strategic recommendations.
• Manage and mentor junior consultants, providing guidance on problem-solving and deliverable quality.
• Develop executive-level presentations that clearly communicate insights, options, and recommended actions.
• Lead client discussions, workshops, and stakeholder interactions to align on priorities and next steps.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and potential commercial initiatives through structured analysis.
• Support project planning, resource allocation, and delivery tracking to ensure milestones are met.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to inform strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional client teams to validate assumptions and implement solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Strategy, Management Consulting, or Transformation experience.
• Proven experience in team or workstream leadership and mentoring junior staff.
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills, including leading client-facing meetings and workshops.
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights.
• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills, with advanced PowerPoint proficiency.
• Advanced Excel skills for quantitative analysis and modeling.
• Ability to operate independently in complex environments and drive outcomes with limited oversight.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
